We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, requiring you to change your travel plans. Homeland Travels is committed to providing fair and transparent refund policies in such situations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for all bookings made through Homeland Travels.
Payment terms
Deposit Due Per Person is $600 or 20% of the tour cost, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request additional deposits as required by hotels and other suppliers for peak periods such (but not limited to) Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other holidays. Final Payments are due 8 weeks before the Tour begins. For reservations received within 8 weeks of the commencement of services, the entire amount is to be submitted at the time of confirmation. Reservations received within 8 weeks of the start of the tour may be subject to a non-refundable rush-booking fee of no less than $ 150 per person to cover additional expenses incurred to expedite booking.
General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
– 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking cost.
– 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total booking cost.
– 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost.
– 7 days or less before departure: No refund.
– *2.2 Involuntary Cancellation: * In rare instances where Homeland Travels must cancel a tour, clients will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation. Travel insurance can reimburse you for non-refundable cancellation fees and other travel expenses in case of illness, injury, or other covered events.
